Refund Policy

At Soam at Home, we strive to ensure that every customer enjoys a satisfying experience with our products. Since we specialize in freshly prepared snacks, farsan, chutneys, pickles, and hampers, most of our items are perishable and cannot be returned once delivered. However, if you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or something that does not meet the quality standards we promise, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your concern, we may ask you to share your order details along with a photograph of the product. Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, consumed, or requested beyond the 24-hour window after delivery. We also do not provide refunds for minor variations in taste, color, or texture as these are natural in handmade and freshly prepared foods. Our goal is to treat every customer fairly while ensuring the safety and quality of our food products.
